Return and Warranty Policy
Order Cancellation & Refunds

Order Cancellation: Once your order is placed and payment is processed, cancellations are not accepted. All sales are final. We recommend double-checking your order before confirming to ensure everything is correct.

Order Refusal: If an order is returned to us due to the customer's responsibility (e.g., incorrect address, non-collection), we will refund the order minus the shipping costs (both outbound and return). If the shipping costs exceed the order value, no refund will be issued.
Refunds for Delivered Orders
We offer refunds for delivered orders if:

The product is damaged during transit.

The product is incorrect (wrong product sent).

The product is defective or missing parts.
Important: You must report any issues with the product within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Returns

No Right of Withdrawal: We do not accept returns based on the EU's 14-day cooling-off period for intimate goods, personal hygiene items, or any opened or used items. Returns are only possible for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please ensure you check the product thoroughly before purchase.

Eligible Returns:

Only unopened, unused, and sealed products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The item must be in its original packaging, with all seals and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following once opened or used (this list is tailored to your products and includes but is not limited to):

Electric blankets (once used or removed from packaging)

Candles (once opened or used)

Cosmetics, oils, lotions, or any personal care products (once opened or unsealed)

Tea and food items (if opened or unsealed for hygiene reasons)

Children's toys and educational products (once opened and used)

Any item with broken seals, signs of use, odor, or biological contamination

Cooling-Off (EU 14 Days): Returns are only accepted for sealed non-personal goods. The product must be unopened, unused, and have all seals/tags intact in its original packaging.
Return Process

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request a return.

If eligible, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return instructions.

The item must be returned unopened and unused with all seals and tags intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the return is received.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refund Processing: Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note, shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returns, particularly for bulky, special-order, or opened items that cannot be resold as new. This fee will be deducted from your refund if the item is returned in a condition that affects its resale value.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, you must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery. No claims will be accepted after this time frame. Please provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging to ensure a quick and smooth resolution.

If you receive an incorrect item (e.g., wrong product or color), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid return label and either issue a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Defective Products: If your product is defective, please contact us with photos/videos of the issue. If the product is under warranty, we will either offer a repair, replacement, or refund, based on the circumstances. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for the fastest resolution.
RMA & Returns Instructions

No Returns Without RMA: Please do not send any items back without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Packaging: Ensure the product is packaged securely. We may refuse returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging.

You are responsible for the product until it is returned to us.
Uncollected or Refused Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to refusal, incorrect address, or non-collection, we may issue a partial refund (product price only) minus the shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If the return is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.
Bank/issuer processing times may vary, so please allow time for the refund to appear in your account.
Age Restriction
We sell products intended for all ages, including gifts for adults and children. However, certain items like cosmetics and personal care products may be for adult use only. Please ensure you are purchasing the appropriate products for the intended recipient, especially when buying items for children.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any used or opened items. Please ensure you choose the correct size, model, and product before purchasing.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We cannot accept any changes after an order is placed.
Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, refusal, or failure to collect, we can reship (where feasible) at your expense. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact the carrier first (neighbors/building office/porch check). We cannot refund orders marked delivered by the carrier. If the package is lost in transit (no delivery scan), contact us within 30 days of the last scan (60 days for international orders) and we’ll assist with a replacement where possible.
Quality & Color Disclaimer
Colors and placement can vary slightly due to screen settings and the print‑on‑demand process. Minor variations are not defects.
Return Authorization Required
Do not return items without written authorization. Unapproved returns may be rejected or not processed. If a return is authorized, you must ship the item back within 7 days of approval in original condition with tracking. Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds (If Approved)
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the item price only (excluding original shipping, rush fees, and customs). Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for funds to post.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for an order that falls under this policy may be contested with evidence (order details, production and delivery confirmation, and communications).
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size or color on made‑to‑order items. Please review size charts and product details before purchasing.
Holiday Cut‑Offs
Orders placed after advertised holiday cut‑off dates may arrive after the holiday. Late delivery due to orders placed after cut‑off is not grounds for a refund.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non‑waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction.
