How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, but handmade or custom-printed items may need a few extra days. You’ll always receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we ship directly from our production partners. If you ordered multiple products, they may come from different facilities.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. Because many products are custom-made, we can’t accept returns for size or color changes — but contact us if something’s wrong, and we’ll help fix it.

What if my package is delayed?


During busy holiday periods, carriers can take a bit longer. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.

Do you offer digital gift cards?

Yes! Our EasyHolidayGifts Digital Gift Cards are the easiest way to send last-minute cheer. They never expire and can be used store-wide. We have digital gift cards for our partner shop to guarantee to find something this Holiday!
